What's the cost of onboarding and support?

Onboarding, training, and ongoing customer support are all included in Qargo’s annual license fee- there are no separate or surprise charges for getting started or for daily help. The only standard extra costs are for bespoke integrations or additional onsite training sessions, if specifically requested.⁠⁠⁠⁠

What's the cost per user?
There is no cost per user. Qargo allows you unlimited users—whether you have five employees or five hundred. You never pay more for extra users or driver app logins. We believe everyone in your business should benefit from the platform, not just a select few.⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠
Is the mobile app included?

Yes, the Qargo Driver App is included as part of your license. All drivers, planners, and depot users can access it at no extra cost. We don’t gate any features based on device or job role.⁠⁠⁠⁠

When new features are released, how are these charged?

All future platform updates and standard new features are included in your annual license fee. You get access to everything we build for your subscription level, no hidden upgrade fees or feature gating. The one exception is Qargo Intelligence, our optional AI-powered suite, which is available as an add-on for companies who want advanced automation; everything else is bundled in.⁠⁠⁠⁠

What should we consider as revenue?

Qargo’s price is based on your annual “transport turnover”- that means the total value of transport services you invoice to your customers (including surcharges like fuel, if they’re part of the service), but not warehousing, property, or other unrelated revenue streams. If you have questions about which line items apply, we’re happy to clarify together for your operation.⁠⁠⁠⁠

What if selling transport services is not my core business?

If transport isn’t your main activity, or if you’re a shipper, 3PL, forwarder with complex revenue streams, we can tailor our pricing. Typically, this means we’ll agree on a fee based only on the transport activities managed in Qargo, or move to an order-based model where that makes more sense. Just let us know and we’ll make sure the pricing is fair and relevant for your business.
