Will you be onsite during onboarding?

Yes. Qargo’s onboarding is led by people who know transport inside out. We’ll be onsite to understand your workflows, configure the system with you, and train your team in person. You’ll also have on-site support during your actual go-live—so you’re never left to face the important moments alone. It’s hands-on, practical, and tailored to how your business really works.

Can you transfer our existing data?

Yes – we’ve migrated data from both legacy and modern TMS platforms. We’ll guide you through exporting your core info (customers, orders, rate cards, etc.), and handle the import into Qargo to reduce manual work and errors. Got a complex setup? We’ll work closely with your IT team to get it right.

How do you support change management?

We get it. Switching systems is a big deal. That’s why we give you a structured onboarding plan, tailored training, and proactive ongoing support to bring your team along with confidence. From kick-off to go-live, we equip your super users, run in-person on-site training, provide interactive support to train your internal teams, and check in regularly.
